Greetings! I'm Adele Morar, a professional with a unique blend of Accounting and Marketing experience that has culminated in a fulfilling career in Operations. My journey began with a cross-section of Accounting and Marketing roles, where I discovered that while Accounting felt too mundane for my taste (sorry Accountants), Marketing seemed a bit too 'fluff and stuff' (sorry Marketers). In my professional trajectory, I found my calling in Operations after navigating through roles in Business Operations, Sales Operations, and eventually, Revenue Operations. I've had the privilege of working across varied industries, including Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Technology (mostly SaaS in B2B and B2C). My experiences include working with well-known brands such as Sobeys, AOL, Diageo and BlackBerry.

Beyond the professional realm, I find joy in diverse activities during my spare time. Whether it's taking leisurely walks with my dog, immersing myself in mysteries, thrillers, and biographies, cheering on my son at his hockey games, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or preventing my husband from embarking on yet another home improvement project—my life is a delightful mix of professional achievement and personal fulfillment.
